So which of points 1-3 under the Informal Grievance Discussion section has not happened?
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

But if I did slap her thighs, which I have no recollection of at all, it wouldnt have been in a sexual manner. I'm a tactile person I use my hands when I talk. We all know that kind of person. She did not say anything at the time about it being unwanted or feeling uncomfortable and I was not spoken to about the allegations until the formal fact find. W

And only 1 point of the 5 points of the formal grievance has been followed. She documented a 'series of events'. There is no evidence anywhere that anyone wanted to raise a grievance.*

Can I ask. If my employer wishes to suspend me must this be written into the employment contract as a right to suspend? I have read in a case that it must be written in if they wish to have the right to suspend?
