    Thanks Amethyst, had to reopen the document a couple of times as the first time only loaded up one page. Think my computer is on a Mon go slow.

    Yes the max deduction based on the agreement should be £225.00

    Just double check with your Mum she did not attend any other training but if they are the only records that the company can produce then that is all they can claim back for training.

      Ula Thank you for all your help so far! yes the ammount of £225 was deducted and that was the only training that was compleated by my mum

      I have drafted a letter to send to the company, I'm going to email it across today. What do you think?

            Hi,

            I haven’t heard anything all week so I decided to call up the company and threatened them with if we get no reply today then we will start early conciliation via ACAS.

            Within an hour all monies owed was paid!!
