    Hi Setmefree3 and ULA

I really dont have a problem returning the computer equipment, not even just on a Legal side but my faith wouldnt allow it.
Besides, one of my many roles were to assign equipment, and they are not even aware that I have it.

The photography was undertaken on both occasions on a day the business was closed.
    My time.

I could use the Photos however I wished and distribute them and create a Testimonial, as I own them.
They cant have it both ways.

Prawnography I think this could be a case of you feel severely let down by the company concerned over the fact that they have made you redundant. You feel dismayed that you have promoted their company, only to feel that everything you have done has now left you feeling battered and bruised by them.

Life is far too short, especially if you have health issues, to let these things play on your mind. Think of it as you can be proud and show people the news letter and say that is my work. With regards to their property, just return it and that way it will allow you to move on.
Ula has given you sound advice, and has from my point of view, opened a door, should you require help in regards to where you stand with your redundancy situation.

I wish you all the very best.

Ok so I think we are in agreement about the equipment.

In regard to the photos since there was no contract then as far as I can see you would be perfectly entitled to use the photographs of the premises in your portfolio of work you have undertaken.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

So you willingly allowed the company to use your photographs whilst employed by them, but have not entered into any agreement.
This would suggest that you have not given them copyright.
There is nothing to stop you using them but you could write to them and tell them that as you no longer work for them you are asserting your copyrights and they can no longer use them without your express permission and should remove all images etc from their websites and cease using them on internal publications.
If they fail to act in this regard you could suggest you might take steps to protect your copyright (but it could be an expensive exercise)
If they wish to continue using them they need to obtain your permission, and acknowledge you own the copyright
They might even agree to pay you for them!

              Hi Des8

Thankyou, I will, mull over your suggestion.
I didnt spend years studying and £1000’s of equipment for people to take advantage of me.

They knew I ran a business.
