    Help need on this one...I had a letter from solicitors this morning stating that I was overpaid 35£ from my old employers ASDA ...

    I states 5 days accrued
    5 days took
    0 left

    and saying I've been over paid 35 pounds...proof of this letter can be shown...can anyone advise me on this...makes no sense to me

    I think a pic of the letter might help work this out, as what you have put indeed makes not a lot of sense.... accrued 5 days holiday, took 5 days holiday = no overpayment ( in common sense land )

    Just blank out any personal details before uploading xx

    Bit heavy to involve solicitors for £35 - is this the first you've heard about it ?

    Is £35 one days pay ? ( assuming part time hours? )
