  • Handing over Power of Attorney regarding Intelletual Property

Slightly worried about this part of my employment contract, it's probably all good and standard, but just wanted to double check if someone is kind enough to assist. Any advice is much appreciated.

Is the rest of Paragraph 13 similar to this https://www.plymouth.ac.uk/research/...qs/who-owns-ip - to check what it applies to I think we'd need the whole of para 13.

Looks cool to me. Wait for the experts mariefab Ula to check but that part (d) is specific only to Paragraph 13 …. you aren't signing away the company taking out loans or entering agreements in your name

          Looks good to me.
I wonder if they got it from an available template. It's almost exactly like a clause in an updated contract that my son signed after a recent promotion. The only difference was that, in his, it referred to the 'period' of his employment rather than the 'course.'
