Hi last week at 3rd hearing at tribunal i found out that the company had changed providor on 3/2/2017 and oat hearing in may had us change name i put on et1 so we did when i told judge about change and name id put on et1 was the new name They said they intended mentioning this at they end i dought they would if i haddent checked cqc report and seen they changed during acas and appeal process but for 8 mnth tried all sorts strike me out . Can they do this my claim is s15 and s20 21 eqa2010 and liability for injury to health thankyou .

Changed care providors in feb this year during grievance i told them i was contacting acas as they was draggin it till et1 bein sent The care providor had changed when et 3 was accepted but had wat id put as respondant changed in may 17 at plim hearing iv only found out last week the name respondant had us change wasnt the new providor but the one before transfer when i said about this at tribunal she said they was going to mention the change I know all bank staff are perminant since the change . Sorry theres loads to case under eqa2010 im at end of my tether nt noing if things are write or wrong throughout i just wanted the treatment thanks ps a different solicitor came the one last week but under same firm im struggling with them uderstanding the wat arose bit for s15 or ther doing things diliberate thankyouOriginally posted by Amethyst View PostChanged provider of what ?
