LEA and head of education refusing to meet

Been there, done that, got massively over-redacted response, page after page of 100% solid black.
Opened a case with the ICO on 23 Nov 2021 which is STILL being looked into; they are in regular contact to apologise for the delay, but it's not getting me any answers there, either.

Obviously you put on a public forum whatever you choose. I do think whether or not you have access to your child may be relevant.
Atticus do you have any specialist knowledge in this area ?
Although not personally affected it does bother me when a school appears to be not behaving correctly.
