echat11 Hello, so no other documents from claimant or courts. Money claim only stating my defence was received. I have rang court today and they said claim is stayed. Not sure what can happen now and how long claimant have to continue. Can someone advise please?

It's up to the Creditor if they want to proceed with the claim.

The claim is stayed, there isn't a time limit, but the Creditor has to pay a fee,
if they want to continue with the claim.
