Shoplifting in M&s,very sad and very frustrating

I'm very scared. This was the first time I ever shoplifted. I saw a friend doing it and thought it wouldn't be a big deal—but I felt terrible afterward. I took a pair of earrings and left the tags behind. At the grocery store, I only scanned the water but took a bottle of wine without paying.
I honestly don’t even know why I did it. Maybe some people will think that’s just an excuse, but I’m truly scared and regretful. I was caught, banned from the store, and they took my details. They even took a photo of me, and it felt like I was being arrested.

Now I'm really worried they might report me to the police, and I’m afraid I’ll have to pay a fine. Please, I need advice. I’m so sorry for what I did.
