i have lived between two properties over the past 5 years and don’t recall setting up any sky services in 2022
And I’m not sure which house this relates to.
Im religious about paying bills on time without failure.
so I don’t know what this would be relating to.

I have received a letter of claim from overdales
    on behalf of Lowell

which seemingly relates to a SKY account from early 2022.
I don’t recall setting this up.
of course I’d like to defend against this claim
but without being sure of exactly what one of my addresses it relates to or what service it is/was I can’t be sure that I actually owe it.
if it transpires something has been missed somewhere , I’ll gladly pay. As I am very particular about paying all my bills in full on time.
and have no missed or late payments in any of my accounts/reports

      Hi Whitemug

      Welcome to LB

I would send Lowell's the following dispute letter (at this moment in time, you have no knowledge of account / debt), copy it to Overdales.
Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

      https://nationaldebtline.org/get-inf...iability-debt/

Update when you get a response to SAR / dispute letter.

Sent the letter in your link to lowell ( will also send a copy to overdales )
        and an SAR to sky
        today

should I be sending anything else to overdales at the moment?
I only received their letter this week despite it being dated on the 15th may.
the post around here isn’t the best anymore .
we tend to get one maybe two post deliveries a week. Usually just the one - on a Saturday.

        thanks again

No, the dispute letter is sufficient, see what they send back. Then you can better assess where you are with their claim.
