Hi - I have been following the advice on how to respond to a claim made by Kearns Solicitors for LC Assets for a claim at the national business centre

I have prepared all my letters and responded to the court. There is just one thing I am not sure about; 'statement of case ahead of filing my defence onxx/xx/xxxx.' what date do I put?

You have been awesome so far.

It is over 7 years, hopefully I can prove this when the bank responds, since any payment or contact has been made. Would this make therm unable to proceed if I can prove this with the bank statements?

My advice is not to insert a date. Just make sure you file your defence by the deadline
Use "Example Defence" under "SHORTCUTS" on the right side of this page, adapting the example as necessary
