When you say 'adapted defence', what do you mean?
When I say a adapted defence I only mean the particulars ie my name claimants name ect, regarding the witness statement is this submitted with my defence.

If you are using MCOL, it will already have Claimants and Defendants details.

The Witness Statement is months and months away, normally 14 days before the Hearing, the Court will instruct you.
