Yes I am a magistrate. So it is your word against theirs. Your boyfriend will be asked to give evidence and then be cross examined as will the person who alleges harassment. No doubt your version will be that you only went to see this person as you believed they had not responded and wanted to know what was happening. Bring ALL the evidence - 4 copies of each document - and get a solicitor. GET ONE NOW. Do not appear unrepresented. Go and take advantage of a free consultation as soon as you can.
