Letter before claim please help.

Hi all, I have received a letter before claim from tm legal services acting on behalf of Perch Capital for a payday loan from uncle buck. I have asked for a copy of original Credit Agreement and recieved one back.
could someone please check it over for me to see if it looks correct and also advise what to do next please.

Do you admit the debt?
How long since defaulted?
Any contact since then?

Regarding the credit agreement, without knowing the terms of the original, I doubt anyone can say whether or not it is correct.
Check that names, addresses, interest rates dates etc are correct
