I submitted n244 to court to ask for the court to strike out the claim on the grounds of abuse of process, no pre action protocol, and that the solicitor brought the case without knowing any details of the claim prior.
I asked either the court strike out the claim or ask the claimant to provide proof of any payment
the solicitor then discontinued the case saying he had no evidence to provide.
