Is this letter by any chance a Claim Form, formally commencing court legal action against you?Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

So get any docs: SAR to the parking company, CPR 31.14 request to the solicitors
Acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form. Noting in the defence. This gives you the lesser of 33 days from date of issue or 28 days from ack to get your defence to court
Could this be a residential parking problem?

Then understand that this is serious. Look at what ostell has said.
SAR (Subject Access Request): https://legalbeagles.info/library/gu...ccess-request/

I can't see where any documents are mentioned on the letter so do I just remove this paragraph in full?
It just mentions "the vehicle was parked in breach of the Terms on Cs signs!
Also these fines were issued in 2016 & 2017 do they have to be sorted within 5 to 6 years?
"NB: ONLY LIST HERE DOCUMENTS THAT ARE MENTIONED IN THE PARTICULARS OF CLAIM ON THE FRONT OF THE CLAIM FORM – eg. IF THEY DON’T MENTION ‘ DEFAULT NOTICE’ YOU CANNOT ASK FOR IT UNDER CPR 31.14, IF THEY MENTION CONTRACT rather than AGREEMENT – ask for the CONTRACT…IF IN DOUBT TYPE OUT THE PARTICULARS OF CLAIM AND ASK ON THE FORUM.( and remove this paragraph too!!!!)
for EXAMPLE
1. Agreement / Contract
2. Default Notice
3. Notice of Assignment

Please stop calling the Claim Form a letter! It is a Claim Form. Within it is a section headed "Particulars of Claim".
If you are going to contest court action, then take the time to inform yourself and understand what is going on. Look at some of the guides in the short cuts section at the right of this page.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic.
