Letter of Claim - UK Parking Control Limited / DCB Legal Help needed

Hi

I received this letter of claim from DCB Legal. It happened 3 years ago when a friend borrowed my car which i no longer own. I have attached a copy of letter. Advice / help needed how to respond/ defend this.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
