Letter before claim harassment and violence

Can someone help me with a letter before claim template fir harassment and violence please. I知 really not sure what I知 doing but I sent a cease and desist and they haven稚 stopped so I知 now going to do a letter before claim so I can get an injunction. Any help will be great.

I am currently in a civil litigation claim and the person has attacked me verbally, physically, she has constantly made false claims to the bank that I have stolen money which have been found to be untrue and tha bank have apologised and said it should never have been taken as fraud.
She has reported me to the police from the false letter she got from the bank stating they are investigating me they have put a fraud marker against me. The police have. She has spoke about in the court papers that I am being investigated for fraud and technically I was but due to her lying.

I want an injunction so my plan is to send the pre letter and then apply for the injunction.
