  • debt recovery plus smart parking

hi looking for advice - i have recently received a letter from Debt Recovery Notice - saying i did not respond to a parking charge from smart parking relating to a charge for insufficient paid time going back to october. i have never received any letter and on checking it looks like from driving and driving out it’s extra 5 mins in and 5 mins out !
looking for advice as they are demanding £170 as i never responded to original notice which i have never received!

So a letter to DRP telling them that this is the first you have heard about this alleged debt and return it to their client

SAR to Smart requesting all they hold about you and you car.
