Right so I sent Gladstone’s a email offering them the original PCN, to which they have replied-

      Thank you for your email.

We note from your email, it may not have been you driving the vehicle when the parking charge was issued however, as you have failed to correctly nominate who was driving (full name and address), our Client will continue to pursue you pursuant to Schedule 4 (4) (1) of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 ('the Act') which states:

'The Creditor has the right to recover any unpaid parking charges from the Keeper of the vehicle'.

If you nominater the driver by providing us with their full name and address prior to a claim being issued, our Client will pursue them not you.

Any help/advice on what I can do from here???

Did you tell them that POFA only allows then to claim the original amount form the keeper? So you offer the £100 and the £25 court fee.
