I know these guys have some notoriety of being the most annoying firm! They have chased me several times for this debt that I originally disputed with the bank. This was well over 10 years ago. Recently they made a application and i filled and sent out relevant forms to court attached was the response i recieved from the court. After a few days of getting this I had a letter posted that a bailiff was trying to get in touch with me regarding the same case to give me a N61 form i have attempted to contact the bailiff but his phone goes to voice message. What is going on and what is my best course of action if any.*

Do they have a County Court Judgment on this debt already?

Ok then you will have some difficulties here, if they have a ccj against you they can enforce the debt including by bailiffs.

They have tried to make you the subject of an Attchment to your Earnings but this has been dismissed. Instead they are now trying to serve an Order on you via the County Court Bailiff for production of statement of means where they want to see what your income & expenditure is. You should comply with this and make contact with the Bailiff ASAP - refusal could leave you open to being in Contempt.

I have been trying to ring the number for last few days but it keeps going to a answer service. I have left a voice message but have had no call back. Thank you for your guidance this far.*
