  • Letter Before Claim (Credit Resource Solutions)

I have recieved a letter before claim from Credit Resource Solutions around 3 weeks ago now in relation to a defaulted Lending Stream payday loan (Balance £672 from January 2019)
I done the usual email asking for validation, proof of claim, Credit agreement. All my contact has been through email.

They sent me the credit agreement, no payments were made on the account as it was unafordable to me.

I have since tried to ask them to send me an income and expenditure form and they rejected it saying I shouldnt have lost the one they sent me.
They are treating the situation very badly and putting alot of stress on me, every email is please phone xxxx as your account is facing legal action etc etc.
I dont mind too much about getting a CCJ as my credit file is terrible anyway, its just a payment plan would have obviously been easier. I set one up on the website fopr £12 a month and told them that I only have around £100 disposable income (the reason why I wanted an income/ expense form to attach to them) they emailed back and rejected it?

My question is if I recieve the court documents will the court take my disposable income into consideration and accept a payment plan under £10 a month?

This is the first time iv been actually threatened by A CCJ.

    Thanks.

    Hi
You should of received the PAP 2017 and reply form
read fully the paragraphs in the PAP
    read 4.1, 4.4, 5.1,5.2,6.4,7.1,

basically they should give you documents you have requested and 4.4 mentions the standard financial statement
if you make an offer of payment then this will fog in your favour if it goes to court
    hope that helps
