Just glad it's done Warwick. It was approaching 6 years when the put their claim in so I had the prospect of a CCJ for another 6 years. Cabot are vile.

Well, thanks to Joanne Connolly and Diana M from the forum it looks like Restons won't be coming to Birmingham for Monday's hearing. I've received the following good news. They've backed down and that's the end of the matter.

"The Claimant has agreed to dismiss the claim so the trial on 8 January 2018 is vacated and will not proceed.
