Re: County Court letter from Lowell - Old Vodafone debt

Just a update to say I received a letter from the courts today just to acknowledge they received my defence and that they have sent a copy to the claimant.

For some strange reason I can't seem to open the two middle ones.
The first & last images are ok.

Both links seem to be for the same image (third one on post 52)
Also a little on the small side & I can't seem to zoom them.

My best guess would be that they are endeavouring to negate your CPR 31 request. (& to some extent your filed defence)
CPR 31 is not applicable to Small Claims Track (per CPR 27)
However, until such time as the court (not Lowell Solicitors) decides which track is suitable, any previous request remains valid.
The court will send you a Directions Questionnaire.
