Now that it's irremediably* [sic] unenforceable' you should be able to have it removed from CRA records.

Well done buddy so chuffed for you, I would so have liked to see the look on the face of the person representing Lowells.... what a picture that must have been, they think they can get away with this sort of behaviour but underestimate the ordinary folk...

                          Well done again

                            Hi Stu, Thank you

Oh it was a joy to see after the case had been struck out.

I think she had turned up thinking it would be a walk over for her, she cockily came over to me after being told I was the defendant and sat next to me and said 'oh you have our paperwork we sent yesterday then' and when I said 'NO, ive had nothing' she magically produced a Witness statement out and said do you want this copy then.
I told her 'No I will await court instructions' she smiled and smirked and then walked away.

We then got in court and the Judge sat us both down (at this time I felt physically sick and hot, and thought I was going to pass out)

"ADMIN ERROR, and that they were really busy at this moment in time" was her answer (THANK YOU you just dropped yourselves in it and helped me out)

STRUCK OUT, asked me if i wanted to say anything and then asked us to leave.

In and out in 5 minutes

On the way out her face was a picture she was fuming an was on the phone (probably to say shes on her way home empty handed) and kept turning round to look at me as i came out last, I really do think she thought she could bring in docs late and use them and that it was a 100% job done for her.

I didnt smile just kept cool and waited for a lift home

She drove off in her 4x4 at least £60,000k car !!!!!

Wonder who is the happier though tonite

Well done Roddaz.! :clap2: Nice to see your hard work and worry paid off in the end.

I also had a hearing this week, similar details except they had provided docs but they'd missed two deadlines and still they were the wrong docs. Unfortunately the judge was a bit more lenient with them and it was adjourned to give them even more time.

Yeah, it's all us Beagles clogging their desks with paperwork and giving them a hard time. Poor Lowells! :taunt:

Well done, always good to see them empty handed.
Seems they like to push for CCJ's almost speculatively with no real pattern.
I wasn't aware of sites like this a few years back and they got a judgement against me without me even requesting a document and although i did know to ask for a consent order they said you must fill the admittance form in and send it back first.Doh.
Would have fought them using LB if i'd known, great that it's more of a fair fight now.
I bet she lost some sort of commission ,what a shame.
