May 27th they must have the defence by this date. I also got another letter from global offering me a payment plan. However I don't agree with the amount.

I am on mobile were is the green box. Also can I email everything direct to you please? I have had no communication with this company until I asked to have judgement set aside. They served me the assignment in court .

Thanks to nemesis45 and legal beagles help most of the work has been done by nemesis45 who prepared a defence. I can confirm today that global arrow have now discontinued there action. I can not thank all for their help enough I am most grateful to everyone especially

Sorry-bit behind as I have been a bit busy but reading this did give me a big lift! (besides the fact that I hate Arrow and their fellows)
This is a classic example of what can be achieved when people work as a team. (Ok I'm not much use but boy we have some good 'uns on here!)

Not necessarily. It's a myth that all solicitors charge £175 per hour.

If a case is winnable then you may be offered a CFA (No Win No Fee) even for Small Claims Court. Or alternatively a fixed fee option (i.e. a price for the job not charges by the hour).

It was not a myth I asked for advise from several solicitors they all came back with a price between £175. to £200 I also asked about no win no fee. What a nightmare that was. Legal Beagles are brilliant they help me with a letter and sound advise. No one else would help. It is like debt is a dirty word and no one really wants to know. Thanks legal beagles. You won the case for me..
