Do you mean the covering letter from Carter? Can't see mention of it. There doesn't seem to be 2 sets.

What bit do you need to see? I dont think the phone will work,

Trying to work out if this " document" is a complete " reconstituted agreement", does it have your name and address as it was when the account was opened? Are there two distinct sets of T's & C's. Was it labelled as a recon agreement.

Hi I received today from Bryan Carters statements from my account with aqua from 21 June 2007 to 21June 2012 and a copy of Credit Card Agreement. What happens now please.
