Hi there, once i have obtained a CCJ against an individual - who owns his house with a mortgage with his wife - what is the best method of getting the money back please.

So am i currently awaiting the CCJ, should be here in the next couple of weeks
I have a land registry report from about 2 weeks ago where they are named as co-owners of the property.
Any other things you would suggest? How can I obtain records of his finances?
