  • going to court for using my mobile phone

    hi , i am due in court in a month or so , i have pleaded not guilty to a charge of using my mobile device while driving. i am really worried about the fine i will get and i need to start saving .
    does anybody know if i do get found guilty , what will the fine likely to be . i know the start fine is £200 and 6 points if you accept from the police . also the police costs are £95 and the maximum fine is £1000. i was hoping any one would offer any advice . thanks
