  • Judgement order

    Hello.
How would I get the Judgement Order to pay the Claimant after I have lost in the Small Claims?
Or do I have to pay within 14 days from the hearing date?
    Thanks

You should get a Judgement Order through the post, it will contains details of what you can do next, also payment methods, Income and Expenditure forms etc. Some Courts are running late sending stuff out. If you are worried give them a call, just in case it's been lost in the post.

Thank you so much for your reply.
One last thing, upon the closing of the hearing, the Judge said that if payment is made within 14 days there would be no record. Does it mean it will no appear anywhere?
Sorry, I am not familiar with all this.

You'll need to ask the Court / Judge (you can email the Court, they can ask the Judge), I'm not sure what type of case it is, i.e. debt etc.

That would be pretty much every case in the Small Claims Court.
