  • Enforcing a court order

I want to enforce a court order against the defendant, but they have changed address and trading name. The County Court staff explained because these details have changed I can't apply for a third party debt order with a different address and advised I get legal advice. Anyone got any ideas?

I'm curious to know what became of your situation? Did you find a way to pursue them and get your money back? I am in a similar position....
