  • Judgement Order states "All four Claims Dismissed", but only one claim made..

Alongside an Injunction claim application, and weeks prior to the trial hearing I made two further N245 applications to change the details of the Defending Party (from "The Company" to "The Directors of The Company") and another application to include a witness for cross examination. The case was dismissed. The solicitors for the defence provided the Draft Order for my consideration. I however was focusing at that time on the breach of CPR rules by the Defence solicitor in regard to timings for The Bundle and Costings. Consequently I missed that they had included in that Draft order that "all four applications" are dismissed. Is this an error? The Judge did not state anything in regard to the N245 applications. How can a request for correcting a mistake in the application be dismissed? And if it is an error, or a deliberate falsity, what can I do about some months later?
