  • CCJ Set Aside Success

    Hi,

    Just to update everyone.

I approached 3 creditors in Feb 2020 regarding consent orders for CCJ's to be set aside. All from default judgments in 2018.

    Creditor 1 - Refused consent
Creditor 2 - Agreed consent / signed - Awaiting response from court
Creditor 3 - Agreed consent / signed - Court agreed to remove from register and set aside (CCJ value £9.5k)

    Hey,

Would you be able to share more info, or direct me to the right posts? I am looking at possibly contacting the court to see if they could remove the CCJ that has been recorded in June 2017, but been satisfied in 2020. I have paid it all in full when I become aware of this. I wasn't aware of the court proceeding as moved the address Feb 2017.

Just wondering if I would stand a chance in reaching to them and filling the form
