Application to set aside submitted - Dec 19
Telephone hearing to consider set aside (set aside rejected, but judgement varied slightly with small reduction in amount to be paid) - Jul 20
Full amount paid - Aug 20
Credit file shows CCJ in place from initial date in Nov 19. Is that correct, or did it only happen with the hearing in Jul 20?
Looking at whether CCJ should have been declared on insurance renewals in May 20 (ie, after default judgement was issued but whilst awaiting hearing to look at it being set aside?)
