  • Cancelling claim without notice of discontinuance

Hi my landlord took me to court to have me evicted. He lied multiple times on his claims form. In response to my defence and counterclaim, his lawyer sent me an offer which I accepted. A condition for their side, as my defence would have had the case dismissed, is that the proceedings are cancelled. She didn't send me a notice of discontinuance or to the court, instead just asking for it to be cancelled (not the actual wording), including the offer which had my signature. What will be the outcome of this? Thank you.
