    Ccj I wasn't aware of

    I've had my new credit file updat this month and some ****** has applied and been given a ccj against me.

    I have absolutely no idea who it is and why?

    The address they've issued it to i haven't lived at for a good few years...

    I have no idea where to start...

        If i haven't got the £255 to make a set aside application can i waive the fee based on my current income?

            If you receive Pension Credit or are on Government benefits with low income, you are not liable to pay fees.
