Need info on a case, the case has now been closed (only recently), but the person/s who helped on the incident hasnt been convicted or charged with anything, surely this isnt right?

What case are you referring to, why would the person(s) assisting on the case need to be convicted? What relevance is the case to you?
I am assuming that you are referring to a criminal court case and not a civil one?
