    Should I call them and checked they have recveived the CCA and so on?

            as far as the Court Claim Concerns..
            the fact that I have acknowledged it and clicked on Intend to save is enough for now correct?

              Yes
              You need to get your defence in within 33 days of the date on the claim form

              For now get on with the letters and wait for them to reply , if no one pops up to answer you can tag us by putting an '@' sign before our username - as in @warwick65 @charitynjw @Diana M [MENTION=3599]MIKE770[/MENTION]

              This will let us know there is a response - sometimes my emails get consigned to spam

                I have received a letter back from shoosmiths re my CPR request. (no reply from Cabot yet)

                how can I scan it and send it? there's no option to attach a doc :/

                  2. Disable smilies in textIf selected, will not be replaced with

                              So you need to get your defence in on time. That is 33 days from the date on the claim form.

                              To be honest I think it is good they won't allow an extension , gives them less time to stump up the goods

                                Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

                                Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

                                If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
