    I hope you mean the Claim Form only names you as the Defendant (not your husband as 2nd Defendant) not that you've got a CCJ (County Court Judgment)

        And what have you discovered in the SAR?

        Does the Transaction Log show two separate Notice of Assignment were issued/served (one for you and one for your husband)?

        Has your husband ever received any correspondence from Cabot Financial (UK) Ltd (who incidentally are unlicensed)?

          Sorry I think I'm a bit confused all I've received is copy of our blsignatures on application and no he has received nothing

          Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

          Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

          If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
