I am in the same situation as Sara77 and my case with the claimanant has stayed since May 2014. I phoned the court last week and they advised me to complete form n244 and ask the judge to strikeout the claim. I was also told the more the case is delayed, the more difficult it is for the claimant to obtain judgement. Is this correct? I am willing for the case to wait till June 2015, atleast, that will mean 12 months has lapsed.
