      Don't worry, I'm having the same with my case, but am sticking to my guns as per advice from amethyst et al..keep at em...all good fun.

          MCOL lost my defence initially until it pinged up on the system, had uni assignment due as well so my heart was racing..got sorted in the end as I submitted it all online and got a received on MCOL nearly 3 hours later, which would have been nearly 5pm, they still managed to send a letter out dated friday 13th Feb saying the above post though..all confusing..

            it is I agree there lol I don't know how long to leave it. now I don't feel confident ringing the court cos I knew she was wrong this morning. arrrggggggggggg

            NOTE: If you receive a court claim note these dates in your calendar ...
            Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

            Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

            If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
