I received a claim form from the County Court Business Centre reguarding a credit card debt don't know what to do.

it says on my credit report default date 30 January 2009 so it would have been maybe July/ August 2008 when the last payment was made, don't know if that helps.

Yeah my ex always paid it in cash and yes i owe the money.
