    As you may have guessed, the goons at Cabot do not seem to understand the different time limits for a s77 request and a Subject Access Request - whether or not they can accurately differentiate between their ischia and their funny bones may also be called into question.

      Well cabot said on a letter dated 14/11/2013 that they would take 40 days for the info on my outstanding account from Barclays well its been 70 days and still no reply, am I surprised NO. shall I send a letter asking what the hell they playing at ?
