    Debt Transfer

    Hi all
    Had my Barclaycard Debt sold to Cabot after 3 years of paying a DMP to Barclays started to query the assignment only to be told by Cabot that the debt was only defaulted in December 2012 by them and not by Barclays how do I sort this one

    Having a no brainer morning just thinking this one out am I right in saying since the debt was sold to Cabot all rights under the original agreement have ended (there was no CCA )they cant default or charge interest etc only the OC could

      What shows on your credit record?

      Is there an original default from barclays? if so, what date?
      "Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin.         To be honest I have not checked it for ages (before everyone shouts at once)just did the 30 day trial ages ago so not too bothered dont want credit mortgage but curious if they can default you once the account is sold
