Hi Paul,

How long can this go on for? Will it ever be put to bed?

The first lot gave up, this lot pursed after discontinuance and were informed of this but still went ahead. I was told by the court services that they are getting fed up with people issuing claims then not sending in paperwork. Does this not constitute abuse of court process.

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
