    hi all

    havnt posted for a while but been managing ok on my own but some things never change so , lm back for help
    please !

    have cca,d both of the above got same letter as others from cabot re dont have to but will help ect , nothing from halifax at all .. so on 28/4 dispute letters went out cabot still being V helpful [ yeah ] goodwill gesture +hold on acc blah blah

    in the meantime lve now offered to all token £1 payments as now unemployed

    the ppi is still on debt with cabot [£3,099] even though fos has again slapped halifax round the head again to get if taken off should have been taken off last aug 08 b/4 they sold it on last dec

    l have also been told l will have a chq for £200 as comp from halifax as per letter dated 5th may 09

    yup still nothing

    just wanted to have a moan about it but any advice would be great

      Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

      If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
