Is default date accurate? Statute Barred?

      The following will help you go through the agreement, did they tell you it was 'Reconstructed' agreement?

      No you aren't admitting the debt, just asking for more information 'letter before claim reply form back'.

      You can send them 'Without Prejudice' offer letters, make sure that is written on the letter.

      It means that, if the matter is taken to Court the Judge / Court won't consider the letters until the case is over.
      Make sure you get Proof of Postage.
