Hi i was wondering if someone here can advise me how to move forward with a recent message i received from a company called orbit…

I have an ongoing agreement with cabot and haven’t deviated from it… made all payments that were agreed to date on time through direct debit and haven’t missed one yet because it’s a comfortable agreement, recently they have been hounding me through calls that i haven’t answered stating that they want to review my agreement with them, i haven’t answered any calls or responded to any letters because i feel a review isn’t need as i haven’t done anything that would break the agreement and do intend on keeping it going forward.

today i received a message from orbit stating that they will be sending a representative to my address to get me to make contact with cabot…

am i obliged to go through a review if i haven’t broken any agreement and haven’t made any indication to do so?? How do i proceed with this?

    Hi Mashuk

    Welcome to LB

What you can do is fill in an I & E form, take into account the 'Cost of living' i.e.. food, energy etc. Give yourself a buffer, just in case things increase further. Make sure you get Proof of Postage. Send it to Cabot. That should stop the Orbit nonsense.
