    Cabot ccj

    Hi, I had a credit card with aqua from about 2017 maybe even earlier. They sold the debt to Cabot. I’ve been ignoring Cabot’s letters for many years however today I received a letter from Cabot solicitor about if I don’t pay they may take me to court and get a ccj. Is this possible after all these years.
