  • CCJ Cabot

I’ve received a letter from Cabot saying a CCJ has been issued but there is no further information. No court mentioned, no date, absolutely nothing. I haven’t had any letters from the court either. I’m currently in blind panic and don’t know where to go.

yes but get proof posting and keep copies of all correspondence in/out, basically you want the copy of the original blue claim form, but see what they come back with!

These did this to me in 2014, sent the court papers to my old address!! I requested a SAR showing the wrong number phone calls at old address! I never responded and they never chased up until about 6 months ago.
